Corporate Background

DEOS is a BPO/BPaaS and ITO in Human Resources, Customer Experience and Technology Value-Added Services. Whether it’s to create a positive Employee Experience or impressive Customer Experience, we’re capable of providing you with a full range of services or specific ones based on your needs and preferences.

Founded in 1990, we used to be called KPSG Group. During our 30 years in the field, we have worked together with more than 500 companies of various industries. We have helped them with whatever it takes to improve their business: from recruiting talents to managing their employees and from creating a customer experience strategy to running the initiatives for them.

With the new name, DEOS, and the changes in our internal company, we hope to deliver improved and more solid solutions for your needs. We realize that a holistic approach of our service delivery will give you a better experience with us.

Corporate Milestone

We started as a traditional outsourcing company particularly in the area of Human Resources, Payroll Process, and Contact Center. Our acquisition by PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk in 2002 enabled us to improve our services and elevated us from a traditional outsourcing provider to a Business Management Services provider.

Since then, we haven’t stopped improving ourselves. We have expanded our service types by establishing and acquiring new internal divisions and subsidiaries. We have kept reviewing and developing each of these divisions and subsidiaries to meet our clients’ needs and the market demand, and managed to initiate a number of essential moves and partnerships.

Now, with more than 200 active clients and 300 active projects, we have established 12 Recruitment Centers, 3 Payroll Processing Centers nationwide, and 1,000 m² Interior Workshop Center. We have also expanded our market by maintaining our first regional subsidiary in Makati, Philippines.

In 2019, we realized that there were bigger things to achieve, so we started the discussion on rebranding and restructuring. After almost a year, we have finally implemented the process step by step including launching the new name, DEOS.

  1. 1990

    • KPSG was established as the first outsourcing provider in Indonesia.
  2. 2002

    • We were appointed as a certified provider of 140XY Contact Center Number by Menkominfo.
  3. 2003

    • We successfully developed Ontrace® Contact Center System Application including IVR Technology which was officially launched by Menkominfo.
  4. 2004

    • We entered Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services in the area of Credit Initiation Process by providing pre-screened & data entry for banks.
  5. 2006

    • We established a new subsidiary, PT Sinergi Media Integrasi, focusing on the research and development of Channel Interaction Application for Contact Center.
  6. 2007

    • We made a regional business deal arrangement which marked a starting point in KPSG’s vision.
  7. 2008

    • We successfully provided Bancassurance Telemarketing Services. At this point, this proved that we could handle the service delivery, quality, and compliance requirements by the banking and insurance industry.
  8. 2009

    • We successfully provided advanced Business Process Operation Services in the areas of Telecollection, Inbound Order Taking, and Customer Data Telecleansing.
    • We were also appointed by Telkom to be an E1 Telkom usage aggregator, as a complementary service to the 500XYZ and 140XY Contact Center Number and Contact Center Services.
    • We were ISO 9001:2008 certified in Integrated Outsourcing Services (Contact Center Services, BPO Services, and Human Resources Services) as an upgrade of our previous ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2008.
  9. 2010

    • We established several new Recruitment Centers located in Tangerang, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Malang, Medan, Samarinda and Makassar, as an addition to the ones in Surabaya and Bandung.
    • We also initiated BPO Telefundraising services for one of the UN organizations as a part of our CSR programs.
  10. 2011

    • We started our strategic alliance with ADP Streamline.
    • We also launched our own Contact Center Building in BSD, Tangerang, which could accommodate more than 500 contact center agents.
  11. 2013

    • We established a Contact Center of 500 Telemarketing and Inbound Sales agents for one of the biggest state-owned banks in Indonesia.
  12. 2014

    • We initiated a digital Human Resources platform called Jobsworld.com.
    • We acquired PT Solusi Karya Insani, a Human Resources Information System company, and established it under a new name to focus on the research and development of HRIS/Payroll apps.
    • We also acquired PT Kontinum Global Studio, an Architecture and Interior Design company to support our business and initiatives.
    • In addition to that, we established another subsidiary company, PT Andalan Anak Bangsa, focusing on Securing Assets Services, Facility Care Services, General Services, and Field Support Services.
  13. 2015

    • We established a new subsidiary company, PT Pacifica Manajemen Fasilitas, to focus on Facility Management.
    • We also established our next subsidiary which was a Digital Marketing agency, PT Advika Media Kreasi.
  14. 2016

    • We launched our first regional subsidiary, KPSG International Inc., in Makati, Philippines.
    • We also established another subsidiary, PT Digital Animasi Asia, focusing on Digital Content Creation and Mobile Learning Platform.
  15. 2020

    • We transformed into DEOS.

      We are restructuring our Divisional Business Unit by spinning off the business unit into Subsidiary Company as follow:
      •    Multi Process HR Services Division into PT Andalan Anak Bangsa -  inheriting legacy brand KPSG
      •    Omni Channel IT Services Division into PT Sinergi Media Integrasi -  with new brand Ontrace
      •    Voice and Non-Voice Business Process Services Division into PT Bisnis Proses Indonesia – with new brand ProsPrime, and into PT Payrol Prima Indonesia – with new brand PayPrime

  16. 2021

    We complete restructuring initiatives:
    • PT Sinergi Media Integrasi and PT Bisnis Process Indonesia are merged into PT Sinergi Media Integrasi, with the Ontrace brand as the output
    • PT Payrol Prima Indonesia and PT Solusi Karya Insani are merged into PT Payrol Prima Indonesia, with the PayPrime brand as the output
  17. 2022

    • We acquired PT Egeroo Inovasi Teknologi under brand Egeroo as a business unit of DEOS Group, focusing on AI bot chat.
